Hello Stampcationers!
Are you getting excited now that it is September?! We are! We’ve been stamping and cutting and punching (and then more stamping) getting ready! Our Stampcation Presenters are getting their demonstrations ready for you, too! I can’t wait to see all the new Holiday Mini goodies in action.
We have only 12 spots left for our event! If you know someone who was planning on attending, give a shout and tell them to get in quick! Non-Demo Guests (over 18) can register at this time if you want to bring a friend with you!
We also need 7 more Shoebox swappers and 6 more card front line swaps to make all the groups an even 20. So if you have been on the fence about the shoebox swap, be sure to email to sign up!
Updated Hotel info: If you have already booked your room and you called a 1800 number, you may have paid an extra $5. Apparently the hotel will only book it at $55 with our stampcation rate if you call directly. So if you were charged extra, you will need to call to cancel and rebook it on the local number at 407-396-4222. Make sure you call and book the new room before you cancel the other room just in case we are full! If you have trouble, just let me know.
SUPPLY LIST: As promised on Sept 1st, here is a list of supplies to bring for the make and takes. This year we wanted to keep the number of inks, etc as low as possible by sticking with the DSP (Berry Blossoms) that coordinates with the stamp set, Fruit & Flowers. Because these stamps are smaller, you can really get away with just markers except for the Early Espresso (Or chocolate chip, or Basic Brown) ink pad for the greetings.
*Remember that others you are sitting with might have these also and will probably share if you have chocolate

1-3/8″ Circle Punch (we will provide punched circles but it is easier to stamp and punch image yourself)
1-1/4″ square punch and 1-3/8″ square punch

GREETINGS and SENTIMENTS: There are some greeting sets that we are using for the make and takes. We will have those sets up front on the stamp table for you to use during our 2 day event. You can also wait to get home to add your greetings. We will be using the following sets for the make and take samples if you have them and would like to have them for your own projects:

Happiest Birthday Wishes or Word Play
Of course, there will be a ton of greetings on the stamp table and you can make them into whatever you like!
On Sept 5th, we’ll be posting the stamp sets, dies and punches on the Stampcation Blog for the Play Day so you know what will be available to use. Every set from the Holiday mini will be there along with a bunch of others!
